被前面两轮电视辩论辣到眼睛的吃瓜群众，终于迎来了最后一场总统杯的超级对决。

北京时间10月20日上午9点（美国东部时间10月19日晚上9点）在洛杉矶拉斯维加斯市举行了第三场（也是最后一场）电视辩论。此次辩论的辩题有6个，分别是债务和权益、移民、经济、最高法院、国外热点和总统健康问题。这一场的主持人是经验丰富的福克斯新闻主播克里斯•华莱士(Chris Wallace)。他今年69岁，是著名记者迈克•华莱士的儿子，之前曾在NBC和ABC任职，2003年加入福克斯新闻频道，多次参与总统大选报道，绝对的经验丰富。

（然而往下看你就知道了，整场辩论主持人都插不上嘴的节奏……）

Round 1：开场连招呼都不打，直接开撕

那啥，俩人一开场依旧是火力十足（想看握手环节的小伙伴们，你们想多了，俩人可是连招呼都没打……）

第一个问题是最高法院，两人各有侧重。希拉里称最高法应该代表美国人民，包括女性和LGBT群体，特朗普则只谈宪法第二修正案，批评民主党主张的控枪。最高法院应该按照国父们当年的想法来解读宪法。关于第二修正案，希拉里表示她支持持枪权，但需要背景调查。

Clinton said the court should "stand on the side of the American people, not on the side of powerful corporations and the wealthy."

Trump said that the Supreme Court is "what it is all about" and rebuked liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for recent remarks in which she criticized him, before apologizing. He warned that if Clinton was President, she would gut Americans' Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Clinton denied that she opposes the Second Amendment but called for firearms legislation that included comprehensive background checks, and efforts to close the so-called gunshow loophole.

Round 2：川普：“rip the baby out of the womb”好可怕，本宝宝受不了……

在回答主持人的“你希望法庭让女性拥有堕胎权利吗”这一问题时，希拉里表示应该支持女性获得（堕胎）这样的权利，觉得她们有权掌控自己的健康。而特朗普则觉得这太可怕，“rip the baby out of the womb”不可接受……

美国《财富》杂志网站FORTUNE：希拉里指责特朗普关于堕胎的 “恐慌言论”

“I am pro-life and I will be appointing pro-life justices,” Trump said. “It would go back to the states.” He also criticized late-term abortions, saying they allow for procedures that “rip the baby out of the womb” up to a day before birth. “You can take the baby and rip the baby out of the womb on the ninth month,” Trump said.

Clinton criticized Trump’s rhetoric and said she would do everything she could to protect Roe v. Wade and the abortion protections the Supreme Court decision affords women. 

“That’s not what happens…this scare rhetoric is just unfortunate,” she said. Clinton cited health concerns as to why some late abortions are carried out, and said the government “has no business in the decision that women make with their families in accordance with their faith.”

Round 3：

—你是普京的傀儡！

—我不是我不是！你才是你才是！

这一轮就好玩了，主持人提到维基解密，希拉里称俄罗斯是幕后黑手。川普：我和普京不熟，我们没有任何联系，但他说了我很多好话，如果我们能成为好朋友，那也是好事。希拉里：那是因为普京想让美国总统是他的傀儡。川普：我不是我不是！你才是傀儡！你才是才是！

希拉里提到俄罗斯一直针对美国进行黑客攻击，特朗普支持普京，换来了普京的帮助，以前从没有外国政府干涉美国大选。

“The Russian government has engaged in espionage against Americans," Clinton said.“They have given that information to WikiLeaks for the purpose of putting it on the Internet,” she said, saying Russia's involvement was clearly at the behest of "Putin himself."

Clinton then asked whether Trump would acknowledge that Russia was trying to influence the election.

"How did we get on to Putin?" the GOP nominee added incredulously, before blasting Clinton for supporting "open borders." As for the Russian president, Trump said: “I don’t know Putin. He said nice things about me.”

Regarding Clinton, Trump said, "He has no respect for her. He has no respect for our president.”

Clinton shot back: “That’s because he’d rather have a puppet as president of the United States.”

“You’re the puppet," Trump countered.

Clinton continued to blast Trump as being the "clear favorite" of the Russian president, while Trump said Putin had "outsmarted her at every step of the way" during her tenure as secretary of State.

当然啦，本轮辩论中依旧有不少“旧话重提”环节，譬如——特朗普对待女性这个问题。对于性骚扰的指控，川普说她们都是编的，自己没见过她们。她们是为了出名是想红想要ten minutes of fame。希拉里说川普否认性骚扰，是因为她们长得不够好看。川普立刻表示我没说过我没说过。希拉里说Donald thinks belittling women makes him bigger……

Trump also denied the recent sexual assault allegations made by women, saying “I didn’t even apologize to my wife, who’s sitting right here, because I didn’t do anything wrong.”

Round 5：如果输了，咋整？

如果最终输掉了本次总统竞选，咋整？特朗普表示“那时候再看哒～就是要吊你胃口”……希拉里顿觉“惊恐”，表示尊重竞选结果～

话说希拉里在辩论中还提到，只要事情不遂川普意，他就会抱怨是有人搞鬼（rigged）。邮件门FBI调查结果他不满意，他说有人搞鬼。共和党初选他不满意，他说有人搞鬼。他的真人秀节目没连续第三年拿到艾美奖，他就说有人搞鬼。川普插嘴：我就是应该得艾美奖嘛~

Asked to explain his claims of a “rigged” election, Trump refused to say that he would accept the results of the presidential election. “I’ll look at it at the time,” he said.

“I will tell you at the time,” Trump said, adding: “I will keep you in suspense.”

Clinton responded by saying she was “horrified” by Trump’s refusal to accept the results of a presidential election, whatever they may be.

“We have had free and fair elections. We have accepted the outcomes when we may not have liked them, and that is what must be expected of anyone standing on a debate stage during a general election,” she said.
