Sanxiang, a town surrounded by hills with time-honored tradition and history, is located at the geometric center of the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macau Greater Bay Area. The southern view of Mt. Wuguishan provides a dramatic backdrop for the town. It is adjacent to the special administrative regions of Hongkong and Macao with convenient transportation. Sanxiang is also ranked among the top 1000 towns and known for its beautiful environment and unique tourist attractions.  

这里汇聚了全国34个省市41个民族的30多万“新老三乡人”，走出了遍布世界五大洲20多个国家和地区的5万多旅外侨胞，诞生了全国第一个中外合作宾馆、全国第一个高尔夫球场，孕育了中国房地产百强企业，成就了全球最大的太阳帽生产基地、东南亚箱包生产龙头企业。

Sanxiang, from where more than 50,000 overseas Chinese started their journey in more than 20 countries across five continents worldwide, has gathered over 300,000 local and migrant people of 41 nationalities from 34 cities and provinces nationwide. Here is the place where the first joint-ventured hotel, and the first golf course of the country were born. It has also nurtured a top-100 real-estate enterprise in China, and accomplished the success of the largest production base of sunbonnets in the world as well as the leading manufacturer of bags and suitcases in Southeast Asia. 

三乡是发展的热土。这里集聚了28个工业大类、5000家工业企业、3.3万家经营主体，形成了半导体、新能源、新材料、美妆、箱包等多个产业集群，工业产品流向60多个国家和地区。

Sanxiang is a promising land for development. Five thousand industrial enterprises and 33,000 market entities covering 28 major industrial categories are gathered here, forming multiple industrial clusters in semi-conductor, new energy, new materials, cosmetics, suitcases and bags and so on. Their industrial products are exported to over 60 countries and regions.

Sanxiang is a cultural highland: Zheng Guanying, the first person who had a comprehensive view of the world in the late Qing Dynasty was born in Yongmo village, Sanxiang. Literary masters, such as Zheng Jingkang, Zheng Jin, and Zheng Junli, renowned as “three academicians from one town”, moved to world stage from Sanxiang.

Sanxiang is a blessed land for delicacies. Its rice noodles and rice cakes are intangible cultural heritages, while pigeon is listed as a symbolic product in national geography. Baishi Savoury Chicken is a feature of a local traditional restaurant. The rice produced in Qiaotou is a gift from the fertile land, and Tanggan turnips are nourished by streams flowed through mountains all year round.
