薪酬福利:5000-7000元/月

工作描述:

汇丰报失卡及授权中心主要负责(包括个人零售和商业理财客户) 

1、人手授权:授权交易确认跟进,可疑交易确认,取消授权,获取授权,紧急卡片和现金服务;

2、卡片的报失及补发,卡片的暂停和解冻:分行热线、卓越理财热线、运筹理财热线、个人理财热线;

3、负责接听客户来电,运用所需的产品知识(如报失补发卡、授权),解答客户的查询并提供相应的服务建议;

4、灵活处理各类型的投诉个案,耐心聆听人客的经历和声音并竭诚为达到其合理的需求提供协助,并为日后银行服务的不断完善收集建议和意见;

5、能准确理解并完成客户的指示,严格按照管理规定和程序办事,在一定时间内达到准确和高效的目标。

职位要求:

1、良好的沟通能力和技巧; 

2、良好的客户服务意识并愿意从事客户服务工作; 

3、粤语流利,思路清晰,语言表达能力强,擅于沟通; 

4、熟练操作办公软件,具备良好的英语沟通及读写能力; 

5、接受轮班安排,固定夜班(13:00-01:00)及固定通宵班(00:00-08:00)优先考虑。

高级金融服务主任(欺诈识别及风险管理组)

薪酬福利:8000-9000元/月

工作描述:

1、了解和掌握市场上最新/活跃的欺诈活动,通过您的宝贵工作为客户减少/避免欺诈损失;

2、对与客人的可疑交易案件进行系统监控和电话核实,以防止任何可能的欺诈活动,如被盗或丢失的卡需要为客人补发;

3、如发现欺诈交易,应移送相关部门按照程序和程序对涉嫌欺诈案件进行调查,最大限度降低暴露和损失风险;

4、处理欺诈报告的呼入和呼出电话,并采取适当措施协助银行降低欺诈风险。

职位要求:

1、粤语纯正和英语流利;

2、有反欺诈或银行运营方面的工作经验和知识;

3、优秀的人际交往能力,拥有与客户及外部各方沟通的能力;

4、高效的口头和书面沟通技巧,具有批判性思维;

5、可接受7*24小时轮班。

高级金融服务主任(欺诈争议缓解及调查组)

薪酬福利:8000-9000元/月

工作描述:

1、负责管理和降低日常运营中的运营风险。根据操作风险政策采取相应行动,对于不确定的行动及时上报;

2、撰写反欺诈调查报告并处理与欺诈风险相关的电话沟通;利用谈判技巧平息客户情绪并解决具有挑战性的询问,同时遵循指导方针,让客户满意;

3、负责监督并确保风险管理是按照集团标准手册、风险 FIM、相关指南和标准进行。

职位要求:

1、粤语纯正和英语流利;

2、具有撰写商务信函和报告的能力;

3、较强的决策和分析能力;

4、理解和解释数字数据的能力;

5、接受9:00至22:00轮班。

经理(反欺诈及风险管理组)

薪酬福利:15000-20000元/月

工作描述:

1、The jobholder is required to have a strong understanding of Fraud Operations policies and procedures, product knowledge, Fraud prevention system knowledge, and the Fraud Ops skills development process.

2、Fraud Operation Manager is expected to execute role responsibilities across fraud detection and fraud mitigation standard operational functions within the Fraud Operation.

3、The jobholder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.

4、Responsible for overseeing the overall performance of their team's day-to-day work while ensuring compliance with operational policies, procedures and practices.

5、Fully understand workflow and assign tasks to teams to ensure efficient completion.

6、Process escalations, resolve inquiries, complaints and support teams to effectively handle customer inquiries/issues.

CDD Team Leader, MSS

薪酬福利:7000-13000元/月

Responsibilities:

1、Effective leadership of the team including line management responsibility for 15 direct reports

2、Ensure the team is well motivated and that team members are developed to their potential in line with current and predicted operational needs

3、Identify ongoing training needs and arrange coaching as required to ensure all staff achieve competency within reasonable timeframe and maintain competency level

4、Performance manage and develop colleagues, maximising talent and contribution of individuals in delivering value

5、Effective supervision of the processes handled by the team, including hand-offs to other internal and client teams, ensuring a high level of service to all customers / clients

6、Maintain policy, process and procedures documentation for processes handled by the team, in liaison with Training and Competence Manager

7、Achievement of targets which impact client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

8、Identify and communicate MI requirements in support of team management and utilise MI reports to drive staff performance

Basic Requirement:

1、Min 3 years in an operational environment, where at least 1 yr has been spent at a TL level managing a small / medium team (>10). Preferred background in Financial services industry, with exposure to remediation although not essential

2、Communication and relationship management skills

3、Fluent writing and verbal communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is needed

4、Good organisation skills

5、Problem solving skills and the ability to use information to generate creative solutions to benefit the business

6、Awareness of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Protection Laws and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes

工作职责:

1、遵循公司政策和程序完成采购任务;

2、通过核实规格、价格和审批结果来准备采购订单;

3、就报价/文件问题与请求人/供应商/法律团队联系;

4、协助经理审查合同和准备文件;

5、按照要求向供应商下订单;

6、跟进采购订单的签名和公司盖章;

7、将印章订单上传到系统;

8、跟踪采购订单的交付情况并在系统中更新;

9、监控订单进度,并通过整理和归档文件、维护登记簿来保持信息的可访问性;

10、协助付款团队解决与订单相关的付款问题。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上供应链或采购领域或相关专业学位;

2、至少3年采购相关工作经验;

3、灵活、有活力、思维敏捷、注重细节;

4、良好的沟通、协调和人际交往能力;
