1月8日，天津市津南区发现2例新冠病毒阳性感染者，分别为愿检尽检人员和发热门诊主动就医人员，天津2例本土新冠病毒阳性感染者已送至天津市定点医院。根据其核酸检测结果、临床表现、血液检查和CT检查结果，市级专家组综合研判确定二人均为本轮本土新增确诊病例（均为轻型）。目前，相关工作正在进一步展开。津南区和南开区已划定封控区、管控区和防范区。

河南省安阳市报告2例新冠病毒阳性感染者，均为主动就医发现。感染来源不明。活动轨迹通报如下：

病例1：男，27岁，现居住地: 滑县锦和街道锦和书苑人才公寓。系从郑州市返滑县人员。

2021年12月11日上午与1名同事从滑县汽车站乘大巴车到郑州火车站。

12月12日：与2名同事(其中1人从郑州上车)去广州，进行设备检测，工作地点：广州市医疗器械质量检验所，住宿地点：广州市天河区凯顺酒店，房间号8408。

12月24日：3人从广州乘火车到郑州，车次Z14，座位5车15床下铺，17：05发车，25日8：48到郑州，一名同事下车后留在郑州。

12月25日：11点左右与1名同事乘大巴车回滑县，车牌号：豫AP9295，14点左右到滑县汽车站，在出站口就餐(胡辣汤)，支付名字“珍惜拥有”，随后走路到单位上班，下班后自行开车回汤阴县。 

12月26日：17点45分，到汤阴县“家果生鲜”点买菜。

12月27日：上午10点左右，陪妻子到汤阴县古贤乡卫生院孕检，后返回家中，晚上19点37分，在浚县县城康志彪黄焖鸡饭店吃饭，21点17分浚县县城“奢颜造型”理发店理发，21：30左右到浚县科技路口往北“申氏鲜果”店购买水果，外出均自行开车。

12月28-31日，每天在滑县正常上班、下班，下班后开车回浚县妻子父母家，地点浚县屯子镇镇上。

12月29日：晚上17点50分在滑县创业大道“中正博远”加油站加油。

12月31日：下午18点40分，在浚县屯子镇“隆盛果蔬店”买菜。

1月1日，正常上班，晚上下班后回汤阴县。

1月2日：在汤阴县，下午15点41分，在郑通路“李阳烧鸡店”买烧鸡，去古贤乡大柱庄村姥爷家，随后去前路村爷爷家，晚上回滑县人才公寓。

1月3日：正常上班，晚上21点40分在滑县尚街“谷鹏麻鸭面馆”就餐，店里8-9人。

1月4日：正常上班，下午17点03分，在尚街“老谷家麻鸭面馆”就餐，17点39分在尚街“欧特福购物中心”购物，停留10分钟左右，晚上18点左右到尚街“上机堂”网吧上网3小时左右。

1月5日：正常上班，出现头晕症状。

1月6日：上午上班，下午请假，美团外卖购药，在公寓门岗取药。

1月7日：上午9点30分到漓江路新区医院西逍遥镇胡辣汤店就餐，随后去滑县中心医院西院进行核酸检测，12点30分在尚街1个地摊购买水果，随后回家，午餐(12点稻万家八宝粥)，晚餐(19：10分三餐粥铺)为外卖，在公寓居住。

病例2：女，18岁，现居住地:安阳市文峰区和园小区。系汤阴育才中学寄宿生。

2021年12月31日16时左右乘汤阴县2路(或8路)后换乘50路回安阳文峰区和园小区家中，家中仅有母亲和袁某某2人;

2022年1月1日和母亲骑电三轮回龙安区王潘流姥姥家。回家时在楼下果之缘水果店买水果，手机扫码支付，回家后未外出;

2日早上06时50分到07时左右坐从中华路与黄河南路交叉口上车坐50路公交车回汤阴，终点站下车，坐汤阴2路或8路公交车回学校，中华苑小区下车，步行到学校，自述公交车上全程佩戴口罩;

2-7日在学校(汤阴县育才学校)，在校班级有49人，本周接触6名老师，同宿舍11名女生，一栋女生宿舍楼，无电梯，两个步梯，其在612房间，自述未串宿舍;学校有一个食堂，两层楼，均在食堂就餐，其在二楼就餐，学校已封控。

7日9点由母亲开车从学校接出后与姥姥、舅妈一行4人约11点回到内黄县陆村乡袁陆村爷爷家，午饭后即返回安阳。回来后先将姥姥和舅妈送至舅妈家路口，后因返校需核酸证明去市人民医院采样，回家时楼下果之缘水果店买水果返回家中后未出。

在此，广州市疾控中心向市民发出以下提醒：

紧急提醒：

一、2021年12月25日以来有天津市津南区、南开区，河南省安阳市旅居史的的来（返）穗人员，所有穗康码“红码”和“黄码”人员请跟所在社区（村）、单位、酒店主动报备，接受社区相应的健康管理。

二、外省旅游、出差返穗后，建议主动做一次核酸检测，并自我观察14天，做好健康监测。

一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力、嗅觉味觉减退、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、结膜炎、肌痛、腹泻等不适症状时，应立即报告所在居委（村委）、所在单位或所住酒店，及时就近至发热门诊就诊，并主动告知医生自己的旅行史，就诊过程中请做好个人防护并不得乘坐公共交通工具。

市民在外要加强自我防护，规范佩戴口罩，注意个人卫生，避免用未清洁的手触摸眼、口、鼻。尽量选择户外活动，避免到人群聚集、空间密闭、通风较差的场所活动。如需要前往各类室内的娱乐、休闲场所、旅游景点，要提前预约、有序进入，并减少在密闭场所的逗留时间，同时配合测温、查码、扫码、一米距等防疫规定。

Two More Places Reported COVID-19 Cases

On January 8, two new COVID-19 cases were reported in Jinnan District, Tianjin. One was found from the voluntary PCR test and the other was found when the infected person was seeking medical treatment in a fever clinic. The two patients have already been sent to the designated hospital in Tianjin. Based on the PCR tests, clinic features, blood tests and CT results, experts have categorized them as confirmed local cases with mild symptoms. Prevention and control measures have already been in place, including lockdown and partly-lockdown areas in Jinnan Distric and Nankai District.

Two COVID-19 cases were reported in Anyang, with unknown source of infection. Both tested positive when seeking medical treatment. The details are as follows:

Case No. 1: Male; 27 years old; 

Current residence: Jinhe Shuyuan Talent Apartment, Jinhe Street, Hua County; Coming back from Zhengzhou.

On the morning of December 11, 2021 the individual, along with his colleague, took a bus from Huaxian County Coach Station to the Zhengzhou Railway Station.

Dec. 12: The individual headed to Guangzhou for equipment testing with his two colleagues, one of whom got on the train from Zhengzhou.

Workplace: Guangzhou Medical Devices Quality Survaillance and Test Institute; Lodging: Room 8408, Kaishun Hotel, Tianhe District, Guangzhou.

December 24: The three took the train from Guangzhou back to Zhengzhou. Ticket number: Z14; Seat number: Bottom Bunk of No. 15 bed, Compartment 5. The train departed on 17:05 and arrived in Zhengzhou at 8:48 on December 25. One of his colleagues stayed in Zhengzhou.

December 25: The individual took a bus with his colleague back to Huaxian County at about 11:00. License plate of the bus: Henan AP9295. They arrived at Huaxian County Coach Station at around 14:00. After having some Hula Soup (ID of the payee: “珍惜拥有”) at the exit of the station, the individual walked to his company and drove himself back to Tangyin County after work.

December 26: At 17:45, the individual went to a green grocery called "Fruit Fresh" in Tangyin County for vegetables.

December 27: At around 10 am, the individual accompanied his wife for pregnancy test at Guxian Township Health Center in Tangyin County. Afterwards, he went home and had dinner at Kangzhibiao Stewed Chicken Restaurant at 19:37 in Xunxian County. At 21:17, he went to the barbershop "Sheyan Style" to get a haircut. At around 21:30 he went to a fruit store "Shenshi Fresh Fruit" for some fruit. He travelled by car all the time.

December 28-31: The individual traveled between his company and parents-in-law's house (in Tunzi Town, Xunxian County) every day.

Dec. 29: At 17:50, the individual filled up at the Zhongzheng Boyuan gas station on Chuangye Avenue, Huaxian County.

Dec. 31: At 18:40, the individual was shopping at Longsheng Fruit and Vegetable Store in Tunzi Town, Xun County.

January 1: The individual went back to Tangyin County after work.

January 2: At 15:41, the individual bought a roast chicken at "Liyang Roast Chicken Shop" at Zhengtong Road, Tangyin County. Afterwards, he went to his Grandpa's house in Dazhuzhuang Village, Guxian Township, then to Grandpa's house in Qianlu Village, and finally returned to Huaxian County Talent Apartment in the evening.

January 3: The individual went to work as usual and had dinner at "Gu Peng Ma Duck Noodle Restaurant" in Shangjie Street, Huaxian County at 21:40. There were eight or nine people at the restaurant.

January 4: The individual went to work as usual and had dinner at "Gu Peng Ma Duck Noodle Restaurant" at Shangjie Street, Huaxian County at 17:03. He went to shopping at "Otford Shopping Center" in Shangjie Street and stayed for about 10 minutes. At 18:00, he stayed at the "Machine Hall" internet café in Shangjie Street, Huaxian County for about 3 hours.

January 5: The individual went to work as usual and experienced some dizziness.

January 6: The individual went to work in the morning and called in sick in the afternoon. He used Meituan takeaway to buy some medicines and picked up the medicine at his apartment door.

January 7: At 9:30 am, he went a Hula Soup diner for breakfast and then went to the West Hospital of Huaxian Central Hospital for PCR test. He went to home before stopping by a local stall for some fruit at Shangjie Street. He had his lunch at Daowanjia Mixed Congee at 12:00 and ordered a takeout (Sancan Congee) as dinner at 19:10. He stayed in his apartment afterwards.

Case No. 2: Female; 18 years old; 

Current residence: Heyuan Garden, Wenfeng District, Anyang City. She is a boarding student from Tangyin Yucai Middle School.

At about 16:00 on December 31, 2021, the student went home in Heyuan Garden, Wenfeng District, Anyang City taking bus No.2 (or No. 8) and then transferring to No. 50. Only her mother and another person were at home.

On January 1, 2022, the student and her mother took a tricycle to Wang Panliu's home in Longan District. They bought some fruit at "Guozhiyuan Friut Store" and paid online. They didn't go out afterwards.

Between 06:50 and 07:00 on the morning of January 2, the student took bus No. 50 from the intersection of Zhonghua Road and Huanghenan Road back to Tangyin and got off at the terminal. And then she took the No. 2 or No. 8 bus from Tangyin to her school. She got off at Zhonghuayuan Garden and walked to her school. She said she wore a mask all the time on the bus.

On January 2 to 7, the student stayed at her school (Tangyin Yucai Middle School). There were 49 students in her class. She had contacted with six teachers, 11 female students in the same dormitory. She didn’t visit other dormitories and had all her meals at the second floor of the dining hall inside the school. Lockdown measures of the school has been implemented

On January 7, after being picked up from school by her mother at 9 am, the student returned to her grandfather's home in Yuanlu village, Neihuang County with his grandmother and her aunt and arrived at about 11 am. She returned to Anyang immediately after lunch. She took the PCR test, which was required for her to go back to her school, at Anyang People's Hospital. After the test, she went home and stopped by fruit the store downstairs. Afterwards she stayed at home and never went out again.

Guangzhou CDC urges all residents to take the following precautions:

1. People who have traveled to Jinnan District and Nankai District in Tianjin and Anyang in Hunan province on and after December 25 and whose Suikang Code has turned red or yellow shall report to their community (village) committees, employers, or hotels as soon as possible and comply with corresponding health management measures.

2. People who have returned to Guangzhou after traveling outside Guangdong should take a test, undergo 14-day self-health observation, and practice health monitoring.

Reminders

The management of the inbound travelers to Guangzhou shall strictly follow 

the Notice on Strengthening COVID-19 Measures in Guangzhou (No.28).

Those who experience fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, and diarrhea, etc. shall report to their community (village) committees, employers or hotels immediately and go to a nearby fever clinic. They must truthfully inform their healthcare workers of their travel history. In such cases, public transportation should be avoided.

Residents should strengthen personal protection, wear masks correctly, practice good hygiene habits, and refrain from touching their eyes, mouth, and nose before cleaning their hands. Avoid going to crowded, enclosed, and poorly ventilated spaces. Those planning to go to indoor entertainment and recreational venues should make an appointment in advance, take temperature checks, present health codes, scan the QR code of the venue for track and trace, keep a distance of one meter from each other, and reduce the length of stay.
