今年的大学生心理健康日,让我们一起来学习系列知识,认识内心深处的自己。
抗疫不仅是流行病防治,同时还要警惕疫情影响下各类心理疾病的侵袭,其中抑郁症因其不断上升的发病率,及其对生活质量、甚至生命的影响,为各界所关注。希望我们从人民日报官微中选取的如下信息,能帮助大家更好地识别和应对抑郁症。
Dear students,
Since 2004, May, 25th of each year is named as University Student Mental Health Day. The Chinese pronunciation of 5.25 is similar to “I love myself”, to remind us to appreciate life, accept oneself, pay attention to our mental health and personal growth, to improve our mental capacities, to empower our ability to love others and the environment we live in.
In the University Student Mental Health Day of this special year, let’s review some mental health knowledge to know more of oneself.
