一、根据疫情防护工作需要，从2020年2月10日起，全市出入境接待大厅暂停预约办理内地居民出国境证件申请，原已预约的申请也暂停办理并通过短信等方式告知申请人。如属因奔丧、探望危重病人需要立即出国出境，有预约证明必须往境外就医及随行照料人员，或开学日期临近等必须近期出境情形，可在上班时间（周一至周五8：30－12：00，14：00-17：30;天河分局为9：00－12：00，13：00-17：00）电话联系就近的出入境接待大厅进行预约后再带齐资料前往办理，业务咨询可拨打12345。

二、从2020年2月10日起，全市出入境接待大厅暂停预约办理非急需情形的境外人员签证证件申请，原已预约的申请也暂停办理并通过短信等方式告知申请人，已完成申请的除特别急需情形外暂缓领取证件。港澳居民遗失回乡证申请办理一次性出境通行证、台湾居民遗失台胞证申请办理一次性台胞证、外国人护照报失、外国人签证证件遗失补办、新生儿紧急出境申请停留证件以及其他因紧急出境需要办理签证证件的，统一在上班时间（周一至周五8：30－12：00，14：00-17：30）联系83115766、18122001456进行预约后再带齐资料到广州市公安局出入境接待大厅（越秀区解放南路155号）办理。因疫情原因无法按期办理签证证件延期的可视情从轻、减轻或者免于逾期居留处罚。

NOTICE

Emergency exit visa of lost passport and newborn baby and other situation, please call 83115766, 18122001456 (Monday to Friday at 8:30-12:00 PM - 17:30pm) to make an appointment. All applications will be accepted by Division of Exit and Entry Administration of Guangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau (No.155jiefangnan roadYuexiu district). Those who are unable to exit as scheduled or extend the visas, stay or residence permits due to the reason of epidemic prevention and control shall be given a lighter or mitigated or be exempted from punishment by the EEA authorities depending upon circumstances.
