国际演讲会（TI, Toastmasters International，谐音“头马”）是一个全球性的非营利事业组织，其成立的初衷是基于帮助有志人士学习演讲、倾听与思考，进而运用这些技巧，达到推动自我实现、增强领导力的目的。

国际演讲会最早建立于1924年，在美国加利福尼亚州，距今已经有94年的历史。目前于全球144多个国家和地区拥有超过1.6万个会员组织以及约357,000名会员。会员们在头马卓越的培训体系下，学习和不断实践着演讲、沟通、组织、领导才能，成为高效的沟通者和领导者。

人物简介：蓝海洋策略有限公司创始人及（执行）合伙人魏伟方，主要负责工业市场领域产品分销和管理的咨询工作。主导走出去及引进来领域 —产品市场推广，渠道营销和实践，管理咨询等。在加入蓝海洋策略之前，John曾在三一重工（总部设立于中国的全球500强企业）任职副总经理，他参与制定了三一全球海外经销商策略并对经销网络进行了战略规划和精简。在过去30年的职业生涯中曾任职多家跨国企业管理岗位，包括卡特彼勒，康明斯，汤姆洛克（现在的山特维克），怡和，威斯特中国和易初明通。

Profile: John Ngai is responsible for FDI, M&A, Business Matching and Industrial Product Marketing in advisory service. Prior to forming Blue Ocean Strategy in July, 2013, John was the Deputy General Manager for Sany Heavy Industries (a Fortune 500 company headquartered in China), he had formulated Sany’s global distribution strategy and streamlined its distribution network.

This workshop is for graduates and job seekers regardless of the background (industry/sector/function) they working in. It will provide some basic but practical insights in leadership and management from John W Ngai. The workshop will develop your capability to understand, strengthen and focus your career planning skill. You will recognize your strengths and weaknesses through this workshop and it will assist you the areas you need to improve, as well as the critical competencies required in job planning.
